How long does it take to learn Japanese at Japanese Explorer?
Your span of learning Japanese depends on your learning pace, as well as on the learning course that you begin. Usually, it takes 3-4 months when you begin at the first learning course.
What is JLPT?
The Japanese Language Proficiency Test is an examination offered to people who would like to work in Japan. Most of the countries in Japan require their applicants to pass up to level N2 of the JLPT before hiring them. For more information just visit the JLPT official website.

Do you have Physical class or online Japanese class available?
- Yes, we have both physical Thai classes and online classes available, student can choose either Thai learning option to attend
If I choose Physical class, can I still attend Online throughout the course if I cannot come to the centre for class?
- Yes, for Physical class students, at any point if you cannot attend in person, feel free to inform the teacher that you will be taking the session as Online via Zoom.
How do I claim my SkillsFuture Credits for the Japanese Language course?
- Firstly, after the student indicates to us which class to attend, our school will email the registration form.
- Next, we will prepare the SkillsFuture invoice and funding application guide for students to apply for funding via the MySkillsFuture portal.
- After claim submission, the claim ID will obtain approval with default $700 SF credits. Students just top up the balance and ready to start class.
- Student ready Singpass on this first session to scan for attendance followed by the collection of course material
How do I claim NTUC UTAP Funding?
- Student needs to be a member of NTUC before course starts
- After payment and attended the course, we will issue student with the course certificate
- After course ended, student can submit paid invoice and certificate to NTUC
- UTAP supports only on the unfunded fee, with either 50% or up to $250 whichever is lower to reimburse student.
How to enroll at Japanese Explorer?

What are the qualifications required to enroll at Japanese Explorer?
There are no qualifications required to enroll at Japanese Explorer. We accept students from different countries and levels regardless of their age and educational attainment.
What are methods in sending our payments for our chosen courses?
Japanese Explorer offers many payment options to our valued learners. You may choose to make your payment through PayNow, Paylah, Bank transfer, Grabpay, or in person using Cash / Nets at our school counter.
